Move-in Support
To ensure a smooth and secure move-in experience, we provide check-in and inventory verification services for our tenants.
Before you move into the property, our team will assist you in reviewing the official inventory report and checking the condition of the property, including cleanliness, furniture, and appliances. This process helps confirm that the report accurately reflects the condition of the property at the start of your tenancy.
By carefully verifying the inventory and property condition, we help ensure that any existing damage or issues caused by previous occupants are properly recorded and will not be attributed to you when you move out.
Our goal is to protect your interests and make sure your tenancy begins with clear and transparent documentation.
Viewing Arrangement
Our viewing process is designed to make finding a suitable home in London simple and efficient.
Once you share your requirements with us, our team will carefully match suitable properties based on your preferences, such as location, budget, and accommodation type. After reviewing the recommended options, you can select your preferred properties for viewing.
We provide a guided viewing service, where our team will arrange and accompany you to view the properties in person. If you successfully rent a property through us, the viewing fee will be fully waived. If you decide not to proceed with any of the viewed properties, a £39 fee will apply per viewing appointment.
For clients who are unable to attend viewings in person, we also offer online viewing options, allowing you to explore the property remotely with the assistance of our team.
