Student Accommodation Assistant
About the Role
As a Student Accommodation Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily communicating through online platforms and phone. You will be part of a friendly and supportive customer service team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online platforms and phone.

Maintaining a patient, professional, and positive attitude when assisting customers.

Handling day-to-day customer requests and resolving issues efficiently.

Managing customer relations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Supporting the team in maintaining accurate, timely, and well-organized records.

Providing clear information and suggestions to address customer concerns.

Collaborating with the Tenancy, Lettings, and Property Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Assisting with administrative tasks and process improvements to enhance customer service operations.

About You
-
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Previous experience in administration, business development, or customer service is preferred.

Knowledge of the UK property market and tenancy regulations is an advantage.

Strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

Experience working with international students and an understanding of their needs is beneficial.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, quickly absorbing and applying new information.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Schedule
Monday-Friday; 9:00-18:00; 8 hours shift
