Student Accommodation Assistant

About the Role

As a Student Accommodation Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily communicating through online platforms and phone. You will be part of a friendly and supportive customer service team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via online platforms and phone.

  • Maintaining a patient, professional, and positive attitude when assisting customers.

  • Handling day-to-day customer requests and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Managing customer relations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Supporting the team in maintaining accurate, timely, and well-organized records.

  • Providing clear information and suggestions to address customer concerns.

  • Collaborating with the Tenancy, Lettings, and Property Management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Assisting with administrative tasks and process improvements to enhance customer service operations.

About You

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

  • Previous experience in administration, business development, or customer service is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the UK property market and tenancy regulations is an advantage.

  • Strong track record in building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Experience working with international students and an understanding of their needs is beneficial.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, quickly absorbing and applying new information.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Schedule

Monday-Friday; 9:00-18:00; 8 hours shift
