About the role
As a Students Accommodation Managing Assistant, you will communicate directly with our customers and business partners, primarily through email, in person and online. Working as part of our friendly and supportive customer services team, you will be:

The first point of contact for the company, via phone, email or face-to-face

Supporting the Tenancy, Lettings and Property Management departments

Communicating with international students to solve any property issues

providing information and suggestions about customer concerns

Contacting with utility companies (including internet, water, gas, and electricity)

Applying for student’s deduction of council tax
-
Managing customer accounts
About you
-
Previous office working experience
-
Previous experience in property sales/consultant/customer services or similar roles preferred

Experience working with international students and understanding their needs
-
An excellent listener, hard worker, team player and problem solver
-
A friendly and professional manner
-
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
-
Great attention to detail
-
Capable to work individually and as part of the team
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00, 8 hours shift
